Anna is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist for Individuals, Member of the American Counseling Association, and Certified Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT) Therapist.
Anna holds a Master of Arts in Counseling from MidAmerica Nazarene University and has been working in the counseling field professionally since 2014.
Anna has experience working with individuals with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, identity and self-esteem issues, autism, and adjustments to life transitions. For the past 5 years, Anna has worked with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism.
Anna uses a variety of techniques in her counseling work pulling from Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She utilizes a variety of interventions throughout her work and strives to help clients live in an integrated and congruent way in alignment with their morals and values.
